“Hi! Sean Herndon, here. I’m a midlife creator on a mission to build a life of health, wealth, and freedom. I started this blog as my personal ‘Reboot’—a place to document my journey of starting over in my 50’s and mastering the tools of the future.

I live in Cornelius, NC, with my love and best friend, Wendy. I have a passion for fast cars (electric or petrol) and future tech. When I’m not testing new AI tools or sweating through a CrossFit workout, I’m usually out walking my black lab (Sailor) or figuring out my next healthy ‘non-cook’ meal.
